📲
Parents submit player info online
Share a secure link. Parents fill in their child's stats, photo, and contact info — no paper forms, no chasing people down.
🔒
Lock & finalize before game day
Review all submissions, make edits, then lock the roster. Once it's locked, the roster is frozen and ready to share.
▦
One QR code for the roster
Print one QR code and put it where coaches can see it. They scan it and get every player's profile. There is no schedule, opponent, or score attached.
🎓
Stars and notes stay on the device
College coaches can star players and write scouting notes while they browse. Without an account they stay on that device. A signed-in college coach's notes are stored on their account and visible only to them.
📊
See who's looking
Analytics show how many college coaches viewed your roster and which players got the most attention.

One account for your whole club
Directors can manage all their teams under one account — add teams, set parent passwords, track roster status across the club.
